La semana pasada recibí un mensaje de mi amiga Natalía en el que retaba en "Tomando Té con Magda a hablar  sobre "Blue Valentine", esta película que ha ganado varios galardones en diferentes festivales de cine no sabia nada, así que me la han dejado y este fin de semana la he visto y tengo que decir que me ha encantado, yo creo que Natalia pensó en mi cuando me quiso retar con la esta estupenda película. 

"Blue Valentine" es un retrato triste y dolorido  del amor,  su director Derek Cianfrance rompe con los estereotipos de la película  típica americana romántica, poniendo toda la carne en el asador, haciendo un análisis de como una joven pareja caen dentro y fuera del amor. Esta película me recuerda a la canción de Leonard Cohen que te invita a bailar hasta que termine  el amor. Cianfrance acerca a el amargo final de al relación de Cindy y Dean para luego  saltar al principio de la relación donde todo es dulce y maravilloso y nos permite dejar entre comillas la trama central a merced de la imaginación de los espectadores.

La película retrata  a una pareja cuyo matrimonio esta pasando por una crisis. Dean desesperado por arreglar las cosas de alguna manera esa situación sugiere a Cindy pasar una noche en una habitación de un motel , un lugar de mala muerte iluminado por una luz azul. los dos obsesionados por el recuerdo pasan la noche recordando que es lo que le ha llevado a esa situación.

Todo lo que acerca a "Blue Valentine"  es completamente natural, sincera pero sin ser explicito, es como si Cianfrance estuviera espiando a una pareja real observando lo bueno y lo malo y aunque no siempre entendamos porque los personajes se comportan de la manera que lo hacen, a veces Cindy y Dean aunque llevan 6 años de relación dan la sensación como si no se conociesen entre si especialmente sus emociones son honestos y a la vez frustrante al ver el contraste de su pasado y presente. El amor parece haber desparecido de sus vidas, con un color como las hojas de los árboles en invierno pálido y triste.

¿Cuantos matrimonios empiezan a sentirse  terriblemente de esta manera? El problema de esta pareja como tantas parejas en el mundo es que Dean es un hombre que  durante sus 6 años de matrimonio no ha sentido la necesidad de avanzar en la vida él se ha acomodado trabajando de pintor de brocha gorda, tomarse sus cervezas con sus amigos del barrio y hacerse cargo de la responsabilidad del hogar incluido su pequeña hija, Cindy es todo lo contrario ella es enfermera y tiene la necesidad de avanzar tiene muchos planes de futuro y no entiende como Dean actúa así  y  eso hace que Cindy no sea feliz, porque ella necesita más, necesita volar  y salir de esa monotonía  que  la estaba consumiendo. 

Cierro mis ojos y veo a todos los hombres que son como Dean y me pregunto que es lo que este hombre hizo mal, enamorarse de una joven y hermosa mujer,  y sentir la necesidad de cuidar, mimar, consentirla a ella y a su pequeña hija. El cambió su vida para centrarse en ser un buen padre y esposo, me encanta las escenas  donde hay una maravillosas interacciones con su hija y también lo fuerte que se muestra ante los rechazos de su amada Cindy, tratando de respirar siempre aire fresco, esperando siempre un cambio en el actitud de ella, pero su actitud siempre fue muy egoista, fria y incluso sin amor, yo a Cindy la veo como una joven atrapada en una relación en la que ella no esperaba y que su carrera se trunca por quedar embarazada, pues su idea es seguir estudiando y ser algún día médico y eso cada día va amargandola por dentro y le hace tener esa actitud con Dean, que siempre se muestra buena persona, deseoso de amar y siempre dispuesto a dedicar su vida a Cindy y a su hija Frankie que al final le deja con el corazón quebrantado y con un hogar roto.

Personalmente, creo que esta película es la más triste historia de amor que pone fin a todos los romances anteriores vistos en el cine. Habrá películas que tratarán de superarlas en un futuro, pero creo que se lo van a tener que trabajar mucho antes de que puedan tener un poquito de autenticidad con la que esta película nos cuenta su historia. la actuación de  el actor Ryan Gosling ( Dean) es de una calidad impresionante, tiene un personaje interesante en toda regla.  la atriz Michelle Williams (  Cindy)  se entrega en su papel con la cruda realidad que casi se olvida de que ella es Michelle Williams y tuvo muy bien merecido su nominación al  Oscar.  Me atrevo a dejar  una frase : película profundamente desgarradora, que te hace en algunas escenas reír, llorar, cantar sus alabanzas y no es difícil imaginar en un futuro ver a esta película reconocida como obra maestra, gracias Natalia por retarme con esta maravillosa historia me ha hecho bien darme cuenta que parte yo tengo algo del personaje de Cindy en mi relación de pareja . Blue Valentine A Sad And Painful Love Story

Last week I received a message from my friend Natalia in which challenged  in my blog to talk about "Blue Valentine", this film has won several awards in different movies festivals, I did not know anything, so someone lent me and this weekend I have watched it  and I have to say that I loved it, I think Natalia thought  about me when she wanted to challenge with this great film.

"Blue Valentine" is a sad and painful  love portrait, its director Derek Cianfrance breaks stereotypes of the typical American romantic film,going the whole hog ,   he analyses  how a young couple fall in and out of love. This film reminds me  Leonard Cohen  song  which invites you to dance until the end of love. Cianfrance closer to the bitter end of the relationship of Cindy and Dean and then jump to the beginning of the relationship where everything is sweet and wonderful and we can leave the central plot quotation marks at the mercy of the imagination of viewers. 
The film portrays a couple whose marriage is in crisis. Dean desperate to fix things somehow this situation suggests to Cindy spend a night in a motel room, seedy place illuminated by a blue light. both haunted by the memory spend the night remembering that is what has led to this situation.
Everything approaching "Blue Valentine" is completely natural, sincere without being explicit, it is as if Cianfrance was spying on a real couple looking at the good and the bad and although we do not always understand because the characters behave the way they do, sometimes cindy and Dean even have been for 6 year with  relationship which  give the impression  as if they had known each other especially their emotions are honest and frustrating to see the contrast of past and present. Love seems to have disappeared from their lives,as the colour  trees leaves in winter , pale and sad.

How many marriages start to feel terribly this? The problem with this couple as many couples in the world is that Dean is a man who during his six years of marriage has not felt the need to advance in life he has accommodated working house painter, having their beers with their friends in the neighborhood and take over the responsibility of the home including his young daughter, Cindy is the opposite she is a nurse and has the need to move because she has many plans for the future and does not understand how Dean acts well and that makes Cindy not happy because she needs more, needs to fly in and out of the monotony that was consuming.

I close my eyes and I see all the men who are like Dean and I wonder what this guy did wrong, fall in love with a young and beautiful woman, and feel the need to care, pamper, spoil her  and her little daughter. He changed his life to focus on being a good father and husband, I love the scenes where there is a wonderful interactions with her daughter and so strong that it shows to the rejection of his beloved Cindy, always trying to breathe fresh air , always waiting a change in Dean's attitude, but her attitude was always selfish, cold and even without love,  I see Cindy  as a girl trapped in a relationship, she did not expect that his career was cut short by pregnancy, because her idea was to keep studying and be doctor someday and that every day that  embittering  inside  and  it makes her to have that attitude with Dean, who always shows good person, willing to love and always ready to devote his life to Cindy and his daughter Frankie in the end leaves him with a broken heart and a broken home.

Personally, I think this  film is the saddest love story that ends all previous romances seen in the fims.There will be films that try to overcome them in the future, but I think they're going to have to work hard before they can have a bit of authenticity to this film tells his story. the performance of the actor Ryan Gosling (Dean) is of outstanding quality, has an interesting character in the making. Actress Michelle Williams (Cindy) is delivered in her role with the harsh reality you almost forget that she is Michelle Williams and she was very well deserved her Oscar nomination.I dare you to leave a phrase deeply harrowing film, which in some scenes makes you laugh and sing her praises and it is not difficult to envisage future see this film recognized as a masterpiece, thanks Natalia for challenging me with this wonderful story it has made me, I realize that part I have something of the character of Cindy in my relationship, I leave you with the film trailer for those who have not seen it is encouraged to see this cinematic gem, if someone wants to challenge me to another topic GO AHEAD!!!.

Cuando medito  mi mente queda en silencio, me concentro y experimento una paz interior donde no existe el mundanal ruido, esa paz es tan difícil para mi de alcanzar se ha convertido en un desafío que día a día noto que me beneficia más y más.

Yo en clases de Yoga-pilates estoy aprendiendo a meditar, en mi casa es imposible concentrarse pues siempre hay ruido, pero cuando me despierto a las seis de la mañana y todo esta en perfecto silencio y en ese momento me pongo a meditar, y lo que experimento en ese momento es muy difícil de expresar en palabras, pues la paz interior sobre pasa todo mi entendimiento. También es verdad que cada una de mis meditaciones son distintas , a veces cuando medito siento como una lucha por el control de mi mente, mientras que otras veces lo hago sin esfuerzo, mi mente se limpia,me siento mas calmada y esto hace que el resto del día me sea más productivo.

Con la meditación he podido comprobar que he mejorado mi concentración, mi mente está más clara, nítida, he podido conciliar mejor el sueño,me ayuda a desarrollar mi parte creativa, fruto de esto en parte es mi blog .  He observado que ya no me preocupo tanto por las cosas pequeñas, porque meditando aprendo a vivir en el aquí y en el ahora, antes me angustiaba por el pasado y por el futuro, cosa que ya casi me pasa y además lo más sensacional es que veo las cosas desde otras perceptivas  Otras de las cosas el que me ha beneficiado la meditación es que he reducido mis niveles de estrés y he aliviado mi ansiedad. La meditación me ha permitido tener conocimiento más profundo de mí ser interior, he obtenido una mejor compresión del propósito de mi vida.

Según mi profesora de Yoga-pilates Eva Cruz: "La meditación es una acción sencilla  y espontanea que por desgracia nuestra mente se utiliza para complicaciones y necesitamos tiempo para desaprender esos malos hábitos".

Para mi no hay nada mejor que tener paz interior, que no quiere decir sea un retiro del mundanal ruido sino que siento inspiración. Haga lo que haga si mi mente tiene paz, el día es diferente se hace menos rutinario y lo mejor de todo es que la vida la veo más bella y siento una unión con el mundo,todo mi interior se ilumina, hay una luz brillante e intermitente que hace que mis pensamiento negativos desaparezca  y eso hace que tenga un equilibrio mental, por lo que supero todas las cosas que me perturban mentalmente y eso me hace ser más feliz.

Meditate An Unforgettable Experience

When I meditate my mind is silent, I focus and experience a peace of mind where there is no hustle and bustle, that peace is so difficult for me to reach has become a challenge that every day I notice more and more benefits.In  Yoga-pilates classes I am learning to meditate, my house is impossible to concentrate because there is always noise, but when I wake up at six in the morning and everything was perfect silence and then I start to meditate, and what I experience at that time is very difficult to express in words, for inner peace surpasses all my understanding. It is also true that each of my meditations are different, sometimes when I meditate I feel like a struggle for control of my mind, while other times I do it without effort, my mind clears, I feel more calm and this makes me the rest of the day I can be more productive.

With meditation I have found that I improved my concentration, my mind is clearer, sharper, I could sleep better, it helps me develop my creative side, partly the result of this it  is my blog. I have noticed that I do not worry so much about the little things, because meditating learn to live in the here and now, before distressed me about the past and the future, which is almost what happens to me and further more sensational is that I see things from other perceptive Another thing that meditation has benefited me is that I have reduced my stress levels and I relieved my anxiety. Meditation has given me deeper understanding of my inner being, I have obtained a better understanding of the purpose of my life.

According to my teacher Eva Cruz Yoga-pilates: "Meditation is a simple and spontaneous action that unfortunately our mind is used for complications and need time to unlearn these bad habits." To me there is nothing better than having inner peace does not mean to be a retreat from the noise but I feel inspiration.Whatever you do though my mind is at peace, the day is less routine is different and the best part is that I see life more beautiful and feel a connection with the world, all of my interior lights, there is a bright light and intermittent makes my negative thinking disappears and that gives it a mental balance, so get over all things that disturb me mentally and that makes me happier.

Leyendo este fin de semana un articulo "York en 48 horas" en el  periódico digital  "The Independent" por el Simon Calder, me ha venido recuerdos de las veces que he visitado la ciudad y  pienso cuantas cosas todavía me falta por descubrir, el año pasado en Semana Santa visité la ciudad por quinta vez y para mi fue como visitarla por primera vez. York es una ciudad muy turística pero tiene algo que siempre que te vas te dan ganas de volver otra vez.

York es una ciudad que históricamente fue un  bastión importante  del norte de la Britanía, Los Romanos la llamó "Eboracum" fortificaron con una gran muralla  que rodea la ciudad y  que hoy en día se conserva intacta. Desde algunos de los tramos tienen unas vista impresionantes, la historia de esta ciudad data del siglo III y comienza con la construcción  una fortaleza llamada Torre Multiangular que fue base militar del Imperio Romano que servia para defender el Norte de Gran Bretaña.

 Tras la marcha de los Romanos llegaron nuevos colonizadores como los vikingos que plasmaron toda su cultura en esta ciudad que la llamaron "Jorvick" de ahí su nombre "York".  En los años 70 se hicieron excavaciones arqueológicas y hoy en día esta ciudad  tiene un lugar donde se conservan todos los restos vikingos encontrados en estas excavaciones denominado "Centro Vickingo de Jorvick", en este lugar se puede contemplar y descubrir como vivía esta civilización que por cierto esta etnia escandinava llevaban una vida muy ordenada, la descripción de vikingo parece más plan de trabajo que  una étnia.

 la Abadía de Santa María   es uno de los monasterios más rico del norte Inglaterra, hoy solo podemos visitar sus  ruinas, los restos se pueden visitar en el Garden Museum, justo en frente esta el Yorkshire Museum que esta dedicado a todo el condado de York y parece como este condado  fuese otro país.

otro lugar a destacar es la catedral de York "York Minster"de estilo Gótico que tiene una de las estructuras más magnificas de Europa,  lo más sorprendente es su austeridad, remanso de paz y de luz de sus magnificas vidrieras. Esta Catedral esta  esta construida en los cimientos de una fortaleza romana.  si no tienes vértigo puedes subir por una escaleras de caracol y ver las vistas de la ciudad desde la torre celestial. Me quedé sorprendida cuando observando el altar mayor justo detrás me encontré con la famosa  "Gran Ventana del Este", según se dice es el que tiene mayores dimensiones de todo el mundo.

Nadie se puede ir de la ciudad de York sin visitar su "Museo de Ferrocarril" que es el mayor museo del ferrocarril del Mundo que fue inaugurado en 1927. Para los amantes de la locomoción es el mejor lugar para  visitar, conocí paso a paso  la historia de la locomoción desde que George Stepheson la inventará hasta nuestros dias. Lo más destacable  en el museo es la locomotora Mallard que en 1938 corrió por Stoke Bank en 126 mph que en su momento batió un record de velocidad  mundial de  locomotora de vapor , ese record sigue todavia  en pie.

Llega la hora del té no puedes irte sin visitar Bettys en la plaza Helen, es un establecimiento con una decoración estilo Art Deco fundada a principios del siglo pasado  por un pastelero suizo. Es mi  lugar favorito para tomar el té , tienen uno de las mejores selecciones de té, sandwiches, scones y tartas  con un sabor espectacular muy artesanal, mientras comes con ese ambiente y esa música parece que estas en  otra época , siempre hay colas para entrar ¡ no me extraña que nadie se quiera perder! .

Otras ciudades del  Norte de Inglaterra siempre fueron  ricas en lana,  el carbón, el algodón y el acero, York decidió hacer su riqueza en el chocolate y así se convirtió en la ciudad del chocolate de Inglaterra. Esta gran tradición continua actualmente, en la plaza del Rey esta "York's Chocolate Story" mediante una visita guiada te explican la historia del chocolate, desde sus orígenes  proceso de elaboración, hay un artesano chocolatero que en  vivo y en directo  que  haciendo magnificas creaciones  con el chocolate, también hay una tienda donde puedes comprar  productos artesanales de chocolates y también para degustar, muy recomendable para los amantes de esta materia prima.

Despues de este recorrido por mi sitios favoritos de York, quiero terminar diciendo que pronto voy a volver nunca es mi última vez para visitar esta maravillosa ciudad ¿Te apuntas?

WALKING AROUND YORK CITY

Reading the last  weekend  "York in 48 hours" in the digital newspaper "The Independent" by Simon Calder, it came my mind I've visited the city  several times and I think I still have a few things to discover, last year I visited the city in Easter  it was the fifth time Iwas there  and for me it was the first time visit. York is a very touristic city but it always has something you feel like you want to come back again.

York is a city that it was historically an important   northern Britain stronghold, the Romans called "Eboracum" they   fortified a great  wall  which surrounds the city and  today is intact. Since some of the sections there are   stunning views, the history of this city dates from the third century and  they began  with building a fortress that they called  "Multiangular Tower" it was a Roman military base that  it served to defend the North of Britain.

After the departure of the Romans came new settlers as Vikings who recorded the whole culture in this city who called it "Jorvick" hence the name "York".In the 70 archaeological excavations were made and today the city has are conserved a place where all Vikings remains found in these excavations called "Viking Centre Jorvick", in this place you can see and find out how this civilization lived this ethnic Scandinavian certainly lived a very orderly life, the description of Viking  seems  more a workplan than ethnicity.



"Saint Mary  Abbey"  is one of the richest monasteries in northern England today  we can only visit the ruins, the remains can be seen at the Garden Museum, just opposite it  is the Yorkshire Museum which is dedicated to all of York County, it  seems like this county was any other country .

Another place to emphasize is  "York Minster" it is a Gothic style and it has one of the most magnificent structures in Europe, the most striking is its austerity, haven of peace and light of its magnificent stained glass windows.This Minster  is built on the foundations of a Roman fortrees. if you have giddiness, you can climb a spiral staircase and see the  city sights from the tower of heaven. I was surprised when watching the altar I found just behind the famous "Great East Window," it is said  that it has larger worldwide.

Nobody can go from York without visiting the "Railway Museum" which is the largest railway museum in the world which opened in 1927.For locomotion fans it is the best place to visit, I found out step by step locomotion history since George Stephenson invented until nowadays. The most remarkable thing in the museum is the locomotive Mallard in 1938 ran 126 mph on Stoke Bank which once set a world speed record for steam locomotive, that record still stands.

It is Tea time  you cannot leave without visiting "Bettys"  in Helen, is a decorated Art Deco founded in the  early last century by a Swiss confectioner . It is my favorite place to have  tea,  it has got  one of the best selections of tea, sandwiches, scones and cakes with spectacular taste and tradition, while you eat with that environment and that music it  seems like you are in another time, there are always queues to come in it is no wonder that nobody wants to miss it!!!!!.

Other cities in the North of England were always rich in wool, coal, cotton and steel, York decided to make their wealth in chocolate and so  it became the chocolate city of England. This great tradition continues today, in King Street it is  "York's Chocolate Story" through a guided tour they will explain chocolate history, from its origins the  process, there is an artisan chocolate maker who live and in person  makes wonderful creations with chocolate, there is also a shop where you can buy  differents chocolates and also to taste, highly recommended for chocolate fans.

After this  York tour  through my favorite places , I should like to conclude by saying that I will come back very soon   never it is my last time to visit this wonderful city ,w

Sabéis de mi pasión por la música pues en uno de mis post os dije que me enamoré de mi misma sintiendo la música de mis canciones favoritas, pues este viernes va de el sentimiento que me provoca cuando escucho las voces de Ofra Haza, Susheela Raman o Yael Naim, las tres son grandes artistas y lo que más gusta de ellas es que sus canciones no están dentro de la música  convencional. cuando escucho su música me siento completamente perdida, recibo  una sensación abrumadora y espiritual que no tengo palabras para hacer una descripción  porque me faltaría palabras, la sangre corre más rápido por mis venas, es algo tan especial que me sumerjo en mi pequeño mundo donde hay paz, alegría, esperanza y muchas cosas más.

voy hacer un pequeño periplo de estas magnificas  artistas anteriormente mencionadas, empezando por Ofra Haza,  es una cantante judía de ascendencia Yemení. La descubrí cuando yo tenía 13 años en el festival de Eurovisión, todavía recuerdo su voz, el brillo de sus ojos al cantar "Hai" en traducida a el español seria "vivo"quedó en segundo lugar sin perder una pizca de dignidad ni elegancia. Su estilo fue único aunque también interpretó étnica folk, étnica pop y pop,   se dio a conocer mundialmente por sus antiguas canciones hebraico-yemanita, sus primeros éxitos fueron "Im Nin'alu" y "Galbi".  Cuando veo un videoclips de ella cantando me transmite  la bondad y la dulzura de su alma. Ofra es incomparable con otros artistas sus cantos a capella son únicos, ella cosechó fama internacional sin que tener que cantar en inglés.Compuso sus propias canciones sola o junto a Benzale 'el Aloni. Ofra ya no esta con nosotros, pero su voz todavía sigue vibrando entre nosotros aquí en la tierra. Aqui os dejo este "Im Nin'Alu" unos de los temas, más celebres de  su album "Shaday".

Acontinuación viene  Susheela Raman ,  cantante inglesa de padres emigrantes hindues tamil, nació en Londres pero creció en Australia, ella en un reportaje publicado por el periódico el País explica la diferencia que ella hace entre la música del norte de la India y del sur en India:"En el norte percibes influencias más fuertes de la música persa  y árabe, mientras que en el sur no se produjo esa coalición con la cultura islámica  la música del norte es más representativa en cuanto a las viejas tradiciones perdidas". La mayoría de sus canciones son cantadas en inglés, porque le resulta más fácil y  se siente muy cómoda  además ella dice que no le resulta fácil el "tamil". Susheela  es una magnifica artista que se encuentra en equilibrio entre oriente y occidente. También se ha dedicado a investigar "el crisol de las culturas" para renovar y presentar  la música india  acompañada de su preciosa voz y una música mística que canaliza vivencias personales . En su discografía se encuentra trazos diferentes de su relación con la música y su rol como conductor entre océanos  sigue conservando su frescura y originalidad año tras año. su último disco "Vel" se guía menos por el refinamiento y  más por la intensidad de los sentimientos. para ella el andar por dos mundos y crear su propio estilo es un desafío. Os dejo con esta preciosa canción titulada "Yeh Mera Deewanapan Hai"la primera vez que la escuché  me produjo un sentimiento que nunca había sentido antes.

Por último no me quiero despedir sin hablar de una  estupenda cantante franco- israelita  cuyo nombre es  Yael Naim. Fue en Israel  donde estudió durante 10 años en el conservatorio allí  aprendió   canto  y a tocar diferentes instrumentos como la guitarra, piano y el ukelele. En un principio quería dedicarse a componer música clásica, pero cuando descubrió otros géneros, artistas y grupos como los Beatles, Aretha Franklin y Joni Mitchell.  Su estilo se convirtió  en una mezcla de  Pop, New Wave, Indie Rock, con un toque fresco, cálido, armonioso que irradia color y sensualidad. Ella canta en inglés, francés y hebreo. Ha recibido en Francia su País natal el premio "Victores de la Musique".  su canción "New soul" es una preciosidad aquí la inserto para que lo disfrutéis  y  construyáis  como yo un  pequeño mundo.

Passion For Unconventional Music

You know my passion for music because in one of my post I said I fell in love with myself feeling the music of my favorite songs, because this Friday is the feeling that  it makes me when I hear the voices of Ofra Haza, Susheela Raman or Yael Naim, all three are great artists and what I like  most about them  it is that their songs are not in the conventional music.when I hear their music I feel completely lost, I get an overwhelming sensation and spiritual  I have no words to make a description because my words would falls short, the blood flows faster through my veins,  it is something so special that I immerse myself in my own little world where there are peace, joy, hope and much more.

I am going to make a route on the three aforementioned artists, starting with Ofra Haza, is a Jewish singer of Yemeni descent. I discovered when I was 13 at the Eurovision Song Contest, I still remember her voice, the twinkle in her eyes when singing "Hai" the translation in English is  "alive" she ranked  second without losing a bit of dignity and elegance. Susheela is balanced between East and West. Also has been exploring "the melting pot of cultures" to renew and present Indian music with her beautiful voice and  mystical music which  channels personal experiences. In her  discography is found different strokes your relationship with music and her role as a driver between oceans it still retains her freshness and originality year after year. her latest album "Vel" is guided less by the refinement and more by the intensity of feelings. Finally I  do not want to say goodbye without speaking of a great French-Israeli singer named Yael Naim.  It was in Israel where she studied for 10 years at the conservatory she learned singing and playing different instruments like guitar, piano and ukulele. At first she wanted to dedicate to compose classical music, but when she discovered other genres, artists and groups like the Beatles, Aretha Franklin and Joni Mitchell. Her style became a mixture of Pop, New Wave, Indie Rock, with a fresh, warm, harmonious which radiate color and sensuality. Her song "New Soul" it is gorgeous, here is the video to enjoy and to build a better world.

"La Cruda Realidad" (2009)

Me confieso una enamorada del cine, por lo que mantengo desde siempre una colección de Dvds cada vez que veo una película sea en el cine o en Televisión deseo comprarla para volver a verla y hacer siempre mis apreciaciones. Como soy asidua a comprar material bibliográfico para mis investigaciones  como de cine en amazon. Hace tiempo compré una coleccion de comedia romantica, habia visto algunas, pero no todas el lunes revisando mi videoteca que es como yo le llamo me llamó la atención un titulo "la Cruda Realidad". Me quede pensativa que tenia que ver el titulo con el tipo de genero de dicha pelicula, y me puse a verla y debo de confesar que me ha encantado, aunque los periodicos the New Yorker, The independient y la revista Rolling Stone, no habla muy bien de ella, yo le doy un diez, pero claro yo no soy una critica de cine de esa categoría.

la comedia romantica "La Cruda Realidad", esta protagonizada por Gerard Butler y Katherine Heighl. Esta película me recuerda a la clásicas pelis románticas de Bogart y Begman o Hepburn y Tracy con la que muchas  personas han aprendido a enamorarse  en la gran pantalla  cuando estos artistas se besaban, seducían o simplemente se daban la mano, pero  hoy en día cualquier persona ávida da consejos sobre encontrar la pareja perfecta, lo vemos en la revistas femeninas, en paginas webs,  reality shows, videoclips.  Esta es una comedia con amor  que trata de como Mike Chadway ( Gerard Butler) un hombre que ha estudiado en la universidad de la vida con un carácter un poco  de patán prehistórico trabaja en un programa de televisión local de Sacramento llamado la cruda realidad. Este hombre salido de las cavernas por así decirlo da consejos  e instruye a la mujeres a como seducir vulgarmente  a un hombre, según Mike  "el romanticismo es una tonteria ,los temas sexuales hay que abordarlos sin tapujos ni tabús, hay que llamar a todo por su nombre".  La productora de ese  programa Abby Richter (Katherine Heighl) encuentra a Mike una persona abominable,machista y tosca, pues ella es la típica mujer que Mike detesta pues ella es una fanática del orden y todo lo quiere llevar bajo control siempre a las expectativas del hombre de sus sueños, definida como mujer muy racional nunca se deja llevar por la pasión, por esta razón ha tenido problemas para encontrar el hombre ideal, quiere ser tan perfecta que cuando le conciertan una cita siempre le sale todo mal, pero conoce a su vecino un médico  con  un espectacular cuerpo simétrico llamado Colin. Para ella parece haber encontrado su media naranja y para conquistarlo el patan de Mike le desafia dandole instrucciones a ella de como seducir a Colin y que caiga en sus pies de una forma más atrevida que de la forma había hecho anteriormente, aunque a Abby odie las formas de Mike, no tiene más remedio que ponerse a las orden de este y  seguir sus consejos para conquistar el amor de Colin. Mientras Mike da lecciones de seducción a Abby y ella aprenden a ser una mujer fatal, existe entre ellos una quimica que ambos lo descubren.

segun la ley de polaridad los polos opuestos se atraen, porque a veces el amor puede surgir entre personas muy opuestas y funcionan a la perfección o puede ser una atracción peligrosa, todo esto del amor es un misterio por lo que una persona puede enamorarse de alguien completamente diferente a ella, lo que es cierto es que el ser humano busca algo distinto porque si buscara a un igual seria muy monótono  siempre nos llama la atención lo contrario a lo que tiene uno para complementarlo con el otro. Según los expertos el éxito de una relación de dos personas aparentemente opuestas por ejemplo es que uno es introvertido y el otro extrovertido, pero coinciden en gustos, aficiones,etc. lo cual es la relación ideal  porque habria un vinculo por medio de sus similitudes.

"La cruda realidad" nos enseña muchas verdades sobre el comportamiento humano y su relación entre sí que es lo que pasa diariamente por nuestras vidas. Gerard Butler   interpreta a un personaje que lejos de ser un engreído, se muestra como un perfecto conocedor de la forma de pensar de hombres y mujeres, sin grandes excesos, y diciendo verdades como puños.

I confess  that I have passion for the cinema, so I always keep a DVDs    colletion, every time I watch a movie is in the cinema or on TV I look for to buy it  in order to watch  her again and  I always express  my opinions.As I am an assidious to buy in the web page "Amazon" both bibliographic material for my research as movies.Some time ago I bought a  romantic comedy collection, I had watched  some of them, but not all. on Monday was checking my  video library that is what I call it, I noticed a title "The Ugly Truth".I  left wondering what  the title had to get with the type of genre of the movie, and when I watched it and I must confess that I have love it, but the newspapers the New Yorker, The independient and Rolling Stone, does not speak very sake of it, I give it a ten scores, but of course I'm not a film criticism with  that category.

"The Ugly Truth", is starring Gerard Butler and Katherine Heighl. This film remembers me  the classic romantic movies with Begman and Bogart or Hepburn and Tracy that  how many people have learned to fall in love on the big screen when they kissed, seduced or just hold their hands,but nowadays avid anyone gives advices about finding the perfect match,and  we see in women's magazines, on web pages, reality shows, music videoclips this topics.This is a love comedy that is about Mike Chadway (Gerard Butler), a man who has studied at the university of life with a  jerk  prehistoric man, he works in a local TV program  in sacramento  which called the Ugly Truth. This man left the caves as it were, he gives advices and instructs women how to seduce a man vulgarly,the romance is silly, sexual issues must be addressed them openly and without taboos,it must be referred to by name. The show producer  Abby Richter (Katherine Heighl) who Mike finds abominable, macho and rough person, as she is the typical woman who hates Mike because she is a orden fanatic of order, she want to be everything under control,  she always  goes beyond expectations man of her dreams, she is defined as very rational woman, she  is never carried away by passion, for this reason, she has had trouble to find the ideal man, she wants to be so perfect that when someone makes an appointment, she always gets everything wrong, but  she met her neighbour  who is a doctor with a spectacular symmetrical body called Colin. she seems to have found his soul mate and in order to conquer  him The patan of  Mike  challenged her giving her instructions on how to seduce Colin and falling on her feet in a more daring way than had been done previously, though Abby hate Mike forms, she has no choice but  she has to be made available of this and she decide to follow his advice to win Colin love. While Mike gives Abby seduction lessons and she learn to be a femme fatale,  there is a strong interplay  between both.

according to the law of polarity, unlike poles attract each others, because sometimes love can emerge  between people very opposite and  they work perfectly or it can be a dangerous attraction,all about love is a mystery so a person can fall in love with someone completely different to it, what  it is certain is that  human being is looking for something different because if they  look for an equal , it would be very monotonous  and we always catch our eyes the contrary  what does one have to supplement each other. according to experts relationship success between two seemingly opposite people is such that one is introverted and one extroverted, but  they agree  in tastes, hobbies, etc.. which is the ideal ratio because it would have a link through their similarities.

"The Ugly Truth" teaches us many truths about human behaviour and the relationship between them that is what happens daily in our lives. Gerard Butler plays a character that far from being a cocky,  he is shown as a perfect knowledge of the thinking of men and women, without great excesses, and telling home truths.
