Supongo que no tiene sentido en andarse por las ramas, como el titulo indica en la entrada del blog. Para el 2014 yo tengo nuevos retos y también oportunidades. Mirando al futuro dejando atrás el pasado, tengo un gran presentimiento y es que este año va a ser una año mágico. 

Dentro de mis retos tengo que tomar decisiones muy difíciles que para nada reflejan nada malo sino que reflejan la magnitud de oportunidades para el crecimiento personal y profesional que se avecina en el nuevo año. 

Tengo la sensación increíble cuando llegue el 31 de diciembre a las 12 de la noche me comas las uvas y brinde por un año nuevo y cierre los ojos y pido mi deseo, ese que no es otro el  de poder cumplir con uno de mis retos  que es formar un club de lectura donde me surgen varias preguntas:

1. ¿Que tipo de club de libro  formar?

2. ¿Qué tipo de libros?

3. ¿Y los miembros?

4. La tertulia  ¿ con qué frecuencia y cuándo?

5. ¿Dónde debemos reunirnos?

6. ¿Y la comida?

7. ¿Como se llamará el club?

8. ¿ Se pondrán los miembros un seudónimo o mantendrán sus nombres de pila?

9. ¿Como se mantendrá el contacto?

10. ¿Que herramientas utilizaremos para registrar nuestras aportaciones?

Como podéis observar todo es un reto como muchos desafíos pero no hay que olvidar que 

tienes grandes oportunidades como que este club  haga un blog donde se  puede mantener una revista del club, un libro de recuerdos o una carpeta para  de hacer un seguimiento de las selecciones de libros, resúmenes de la trama, poner en relieve la discusión y las opiniones de los miembros. Es especialmente la oportunidad para traer nuevos miembros. Exposición de fotos de eventos especiales.

Este club de lectura  tiene una misión muy especial y es el de dar a la comunidad que perciban derechos para una beca o un premio anual de alfabetización en una escuela local para la compra de libros para su biblioteca local, o participar en un programa de tutoría.

 Este deseo para el 2014 tiene muchos desafíos , pero yo creo que se podrá realizar porque hay un valor muy bonito que es la ilusión. ¿Alguien se apunta a mi reto?.

NEW YEAR, NEW CHALLENGES, NEW 

OPPORTUNITIES

I guess there is no point in beating around the bush, as the title indicated in the blog post. For 2014 I have new challenges and opportunities. Looking to the future, leaving the past behind, 

and I have a great feeling that this year is going to be a magical year.

Within my challenges I have to make very difficult decisions that reflect nothing wrong at all but they reflect the magnitude of opportunities for personal and professional growth is coming in the new year.

I have a great feeling when it is coming on 31 December at 12 pm I am  eating grapes and drinking a toast to a new year and I am closing my eyes and asking my desire, that which is nothing to be able to meet one of my challenges is to form a club where  several questions are coming :

1. What kind of book club?

2. What kind of books?

3. What about members?

4. Meeting—how often and when?

5. Where should we meet?

6. What about food?

7. How does the club be called?

8. What should we call ourselves?

9. How do we keep in touch?

10. What tools use to record our contributions?

As you can observe everything is a challenge as many challenges but do not forget that you 

have great opportunities like this club  is making a blog where it will be able to keep a journal club, a scrap book or binder to keep track of selections books, plot summaries, to highlight the discussion and the opinions of the members. This book club has a special mission and that is to give the community to collect dues for a scholarship or an annual award of literacy at a local school for the purchase of books for your local library, or participate in a mentoring program.

 Anoche tuve un sueño, ese sueño maravilloso del que no te quieres despertar y cuando lo haces tienes una sensación difícil de definir y que te gustaría volver a él. En ese sueño el protagonista es un elfo de la navidad, ese ser que vive en el Polo Norte con Santa Claus y su esposa, su aspecto era como la de un niño de siete años que para nada  parecía ser un ser con miles de años. Este elfo se me presentó desde la bondad y la paz que  caracteriza su persona. Con una sonrisa dulce y contagiosa me dijo que  como que a estas alturas todavía no había hecho mi árbol de navidad, y les respondí   que ya lo había  hecho y el me contestó que no se refería a el árbol que tenia adornado en el salón sino a otro árbol de navidad muy especial con mis valores. ¿ Mis Valores? me puse a pensar. Si, Magda tus valores. Solo me pedía un pequeño esfuerzo de 3 minutos , que solo pensara e identificara que valores eran importantes en mi vida y que les diera a cada uno una prioridad. Yo lo miré con cara extraña y enseguida saco de su bolsillo un lista con todos los valores positivos que existían y me insistió en que lo hiciera mi árbol  pues podría desarrollar un sentido más claro de lo que era lo más importante para mi en la vida. Así que con mi lista me puse a pensar en esos valores y estaba en lo cierto en tres minutos como cuando un mago hace chas y sale un conejo de una chistera, así empece a construirlo y cuando terminé miré atrás para enseñárselo pero ese elfo que había venido desde lejos se había desaparecido. Me quede algo extraña, no me sentía triste por su ausencia sino todo lo contrario me sentía feliz y en ese instante abrí los ojos y supe que era un sueño.Me levanté de un salto y me senté frente a la mesa y empece a diseñar mi árbol de navidad con valores y como me dijo el duende en tan solo tres minutos y me sentí dichosa cuando lo termine porque descubrí cuantos valores hay en mi y lo desconocía, así que ahora  lo que  me queda es emprender camino en ese año mágico que me espera en este 2014 poniendo en marcha esos valores de mi árbol de navidad y cuando llegue a mi meta espero saborear otra vez las risas de alegria del elfo de la navidad que vino a visitarme en ese sueño.

MY CHRISTMAS TREE

En tiempo de adviento cierro mis ojos y  siento que estoy Paseando por las calles engalanadas e iluminadas de cualquier ciudad  alemana, escuchando villancicos alemanes, bebiendo vino caliente con especias. Los mercados navideños en Alemania forma parte de la tradición y de la diversión en época de año. Normalmente  estas se instalan en las plazas o castillos medievales dentro el casco antiguo de la ciudad en el que se funde una atmósfera festiva muy singular.

Los mercados navideños alemanes datan del siglo XIV,  entonces estas  eran tal solo una feria donde se proporcionaba únicamente alimentos y suministros para la temporada de invierno, pero más tarde se convirtieron en una tradición navideña  muy querida por los lugareños y una manera de contagiar el espíritu de la navidad.

Los mercados navideños alemanes suele inaugurarse la última semana de noviembre y la clausura normalmente es víspera de la nochebuena. Estos son el lugar perfecto para encontrar un regalo o recuerdo para los seres más queridos, también hay cabida  para los más pequeños donde puedes encontrar juguetes hechos a mano y para el hogar adornos navideños originales , cerámica y cristalería. Mientras visitas los puestos no te puedes perder  tomar un vaso de vino caliente  (Glühwein), el pastel tradicional alemán con frutos secos (Stollen), las pequeñas salchichas a la brasa (Rostbratwürste), las galletas de gengibre (Lebkuchen), las famosas manzanas al horno (Bratapfel),castañas asada (Maroren) o pan de mazapán (Marzipanbrot).

Los mejores mercados en Alemania son:

El mercado navideño de Munich, llamado Christkindlmarkt, se celebra en Marienplatz que esta situado en el centro del casco antiguo de la ciudad. Es el lugar perfecto para comprar tallas de madera tradicional de Baviera y los cristales de vidrio . Se puede disfrutar de los conciertos de navidad tradicionales gratis todos los días en el balcón del ayuntamiento a las cinco y media de la tarde, mientras que  los niños  están en el interior del edificio haciendo manualidades o horneando galletas.

El mercado de Dresden es el mercado navideño más antiguo de Alemania, se remonta 1434 y es famoso por tener el mayor cascanueces del mundo, una enorme pirámide de Navidad y el gran carrusel con ángeles con tamaño natural y escenas de la natividad. Dresden celebra un festival con el pastel tradicional de navidad "Festival Stollen", donde se puede degustar el Stollen más grande del mundo, con un peso de 4 toneladas y 13 metros de longitud.

El mercado de navidad de Nuremberg esta situado en el corazón del casco antiguo de la ciudad. lo más bonito e interesante de este mercado es su apertura, pues hay una chica del lugar que interpreta a el Ángel de la navidad leyendo un prólogo desde el mirador de la catedral de esta localidad.Es una delicia pasear por los 180 puestos decorados en estilo tradicional con madera y telas y no te puedes ir de allí sin probar los pequeños Bratwurst de Nuremberg ni las galletas de jengibre "Lebkuchen.

Berlin, la capital de Alemania tiene sesenta mercados navideños diferentes,pero para los entendidos, el historico mercado llamado "Gendarmenmarkt" situado  cerca de Friedrichstrasse. enmarcado por la iluminación de la catedral  de estilo franco-alemana, donde se puede pasear y visitar  muchos puestos en los cuales los artesanos te muestran como ellos hacen las tallas de madera, juguetes, y los trabajos de orfebrería. Otros mercados navideños interesantes de visitar en Berlin es el mercado de la plaza Alexander, Bajo los tilos (unter den Linden), en la plaza de Postdamer o el Hanukah market en el museo Judío.

En Colonia se celebra la navidad  con siete mercados navideños por el centro de la ciudad. El mercado navideño justo en frente de la catedral de la ciudad es el más imponente y tiene el árbol más grande de la región. llevar el compás de los conciertos nocturnos gratuitos frente la catedral es una gozada ademas de  observar a los artesanos trabajar y probar una taza de vino caliente con especies y azúcar Glühwein, para quitarse el frío.

 Escuchar Sunshine pop corriente musical que nace en la costa Oeste de EE.UU a mediados de los años 60 . sus canciones siempre me llenan de optimismo y claro sus temas siempre hacen alusión a la primavera y al verano con sus días de sol, de campos repletos de hermosas flores y su verde hierba, de las brisas cálidas de los atardeceres, la naturaleza en sus canciones es una metáfora a la libertad. Los que componían este tipo de música quería escapar de agitación política  y social de la época   . su estilo estaba lleno de tono melódicos y sonido llenos de alegría con unos optimistas y  armoniosos vocales , acompañados de una gran orquestación. Los grupos y bandas musicales que componían y cantaban estas canciones se ponían nombres de frutas, colores, conceptos cósmicos. Su genero estaba muy ligado al soft-rock y bubblegum-pop,  y la psicodelia. fue una corriente musical con una alternativa ideal para las familias y que aprovechó la televisión americana para hacer series como "Brady Bunch" y "Partridge family" . 

De esta corriente musical surgieron  grandes bandas musicales peros mis favoritos son:

The Mamas and The Papas fue un grupo musical compuesto por dos chicos John Phillips y Denny Doherty y dos chicas Cass y Michelle. aunque su duración como grupo  duro solo 3 años. Fueron uno de los grupos icono  que utilizo una mezcla de Folk, pop, rock, jazz y pop con  bellas armonias  tipico de la Sunshine pop y cuyas canciones como "California Dream" y "Monday, Monday" siguen gustando a pesar del paso del tiempo.

Beach Boys  fue  una banda formada en 1961, por los 3 hermanos (Brian, Dennis y Carl Wilson), un primo Mike Love , y un buen amigo Al Jardine. Este grupo ha perdurado hasta finales de los 90. sus canciones surferas  como "Surfin' USA","Help Me, Rhonda", "I Get Around", "Fun,Fun,Fun,Las canciones de Brian Wilson celebra una fantasía adolescente de la Costa Oeste, lleno de surfing, la conducción y las chicas guapas que apenas ocultaban los conflictos internos del compositor.
